Job Description:
We are currently seeking highly experienced culinary professionals to join cruise vessel operations.

The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality cuisine, maintaining international food safety standards, and ensuring efficient galley operations. This is an excellent opportunity for chefs with strong hospitality backgrounds and cruise experience to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Open Positions:

•  Executive Chef 
•  Executive Sous Chef 
•  Chef de Cuisine (CDC) 
•  Sous Chef 
•  Chef de Partie (CDP) 
•  Pastry Chef 
•  Butcher 

Requirements:

For Sous Chef & Chef de Cuisine (CDC):

•  Minimum 3 years of cruise experience in the same position 
•  Strong multi-cuisine knowledge 
•  At least 2 contracts in the same role 

For Chef de Partie (CDP) & Sous Chef (Hot Kitchen):

•  Cruise experience preferred 
•  Minimum 3 years in a 4/5-star hotel 

For Pastry (CDP & Sous Chef):

•  Expertise in classic and contemporary European desserts 
•  Cruise experience preferred 
•  Minimum 2 years in a similar role in a 4/5-star property 

General Requirements:

•  Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards 
•  Proven leadership and operational skills 
• India-based applicants only
•  Fluent English communication skills
