We are currently recruiting experienced and motivated crew members for a private and charter Motor Yacht operating worldwide. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, and professionalism onboard, ensuring an exceptional experience for owners and guests.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous yacht or luxury hospitality experience who demonstrate strong teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

• Chief Officer – EUR €8,000
• Second Engineer – USD $7,500
• Second Officer – EUR €6,000
• Executive / Head Chef – EUR €11,000
• Sole Chef – EUR €7,500
• Chef de Partie / Third Chef – EUR €5,500
• Chief Steward(ess) – EUR €7,500
• Bosun – USD $5,500
• Deckhand – EUR €4,000
• Steward – USD $3,800
• Housekeeping Steward – EUR €3,500

Requirements

• Valid B1/B2 and Schengen visas
• No visible tattoos
• Previous experience on yachts or in luxury hospitality (preferred)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Professional appearance and strong service-focused attitude
• Fluent English
• Valid certificates relevant to the applied position
