Augustea Intcrews Indonesia is recruiting qualified and motivated professionals to join the Royal Caribbean Group cruise fleet as part of the Hotel Department team.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work onboard international cruise ships in a professional, multicultural environment. Positions are available across Culinary/Galley, Food & Beverage Service, Housekeeping, and Other Hotel Services.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Performing assigned duties according to the relevant hotel department and position.
- Providing professional service to guests and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and presentation standards onboard.
- Following company policies, health and safety procedures, and cruise ship regulations.
- Working effectively within a multicultural international crew and providing excellent guest service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4–5 star hotel, resort, restaurant, or cruise ship environment.
- Relevant experience in the applied position.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Good personality and a service-oriented attitude.
- Medically fit for sea service.
- Willingness to work onboard a cruise ship under a long-term contract.
- Valid Passport.
- Seaman's Book, where applicable.
- Experience / Employment Certificate.
- Educational Certificate.
- Valid STCW Certificates, where applicable.
- Recent passport-size photo (4×6).
