Job Description:

A ferry operator is currently seeking experienced crew members to join Ro-Pax Ferry vessels operating across European routes.

These vessels carry both passengers and vehicles, requiring high standards in safety, customer service, and vessel operations. Candidates with previous passenger vessel experience will be highly preferred.

Catering & Hospitality:

• Chief Cook
• Cook
• Assistant Cook
• Pantry Staff
• Galley Boy / Girl
• Chief Steward
• Steward / Stewardess
• Cleaner
• Messman

Medical & Hotel Services:

• Nurse / Doctor
• Housekeeper
• Receptionists

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring safe navigation and vessel operations
• Delivering high-quality passenger service and hospitality
• Maintaining machinery, technical systems, and onboard facilities
• Supporting embarkation, disembarkation, and cargo operations
• Ensuring compliance with passenger vessel safety regulations

Requirements:

• EU Passport (mandatory)
• Valid STCW and seagoing certification relevant to rank
• Previous Ro-Pax or passenger vessel experience preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work in a customer-focused environment

Employment Details:

• Rotation: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off
• Joining Date: May 2026
• Contract Duration: As per company policy
