Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated crew members to join a private Motor Yacht operating worldwide. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and guest service while supporting daily vessel operations on deck, in the engine room, and within interior departments.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with proven yachting experience who are adaptable, service-oriented, and able to work effectively within a close-knit international crew.

Requirements

• Valid STCW certification (STCW 95 / STCW 2010)
• Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate
• Relevant yachting experience in the applied rank
• B1/B2 Visa (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and a service-oriented attitude
• Ability to adapt to international cruising schedules and private programs
