Job Description

We are currently recruiting qualified and motivated hospitality and deck professionals to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, service, and onboard operations in accordance with maritime regulations and yacht management standards. Positions are suited to individuals with yachting experience, a professional attitude, and the ability to work effectively in an international crew environment.

Open Positions & Salaries

• Chief Officer – USD 7,000
• Sole Chef – EUR 6,500
• Deckhand – EUR 140 per day
• Head of Service – EUR 5,700
• Steward / Stewardess – EUR 4,000
• Spa Therapist / Steward – EUR 3,600
• 3rd Steward / Stewardess – EUR 3,500 per month
• Junior Steward / Stewardess – USD 3,250

General Requirements

• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification (or equivalent)
• Valid ENG 1 Medical Certificate
• Previous Motor Yacht experience preferred (rank dependent)
• Valid passport and seafarer documentation
• Strong safety awareness and professional conduct
• Ability to work in a multicultural crew environment
• Good command of the English language
