Job Responsibilities
- Support safe yacht operations and guest activities
- Maintain deck equipment and exterior presentation
- Deliver high-level hospitality and guest service
- Manage housekeeping and interior cleanliness standards
- Prepare high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Provide spa and wellness services where applicable
- Ensure professionalism, discretion, and teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Previous Motor Yacht or luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Valid STCW certification package preferred
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional appearance and guest service attitude
- Strong teamwork and adaptability
- Ability to work effectively in luxury yacht environments
