Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified and service-oriented yacht crew members to join a private/charter motor or sailing yacht operating worldwide. Selected candidates will be responsible for deck, engineering, interior, galley, and childcare duties in line with yacht standards, safety procedures, and guest service expectations.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with previous yachting experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a high level of professionalism in an international crew environment.

Open Positions & Salaries

• Chief Officer – DOE
• Engineer – EUR €5,000
• Deckhand – DOE
• 2nd Steward(ess) – EUR €5,000
• Steward/Masseur – USD $4,500
• Cook/Steward – USD $4,500
• Nanny – USD $3,500

Requirements

• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification
• Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate
• Valid B1/B2 Visa
• Excellent command of the English language
• Previous yachting experience in the applied position
• Strong service mindset and ability to work within an international crew
• Professional appearance, reliability, and guest-focused attitude
