Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to guests and maintain company standards
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals in accordance with cruise line procedures
- Support casino operations and guest entertainment activities
- Manage housekeeping operations and accommodation services
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout assigned areas
- Perform technical maintenance and troubleshooting where applicable
- Follow company safety procedures and international maritime regulations
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard training programs
- Work effectively within a multicultural crew environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in the same or similar position preferred
- Cruise ship experience is an advantage
- Valid passport
- Valid STCW certification (where applicable)
- Valid seafarer medical certificate (where applicable)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional attitude and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment
