We are currently recruiting experienced and motivated crew members to join a Private & Charter Motor Yacht operating worldwide. Successful candidates will support safe vessel operations, high-end guest service, deck and engineering duties, and charter activities in line with luxury yachting standards.

This opportunity is ideal for professional yacht crew with proven longevity, strong teamwork skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

Available Positions & Salaries

• Chase Boat Captain – €5,000
• Deck / Engineer – €4,000
• Head of Service – €5,700
• Cook / Crew Chef – €4,500
• Nurse – €4,200
• Steward / Stewardess – €3,700
• Service Steward – €3,500
• Stew / Masseur – €3,500
• Deck / Carpenter – €3,200
• Deckhand – €2,800

Position-Specific Requirements

Chase Boat Captain

• Valid B1/B2 visa
• YM Offshore commercially endorsed
• Minimum 1 year experience as Chase Boat Captain in a charter program
• Will assist with deck duties during charters

Deck / Engineer

• Valid B1/B2 visa
• EDH, AEC 1 & AEC 2 certifications
• Minimum 1 year previous Deck/Engineer yacht experience

Deck / Carpenter

• Minimum 1 year experience on yachts 50m+
• Strong carpentry skills
• Schengen visa in hand if required

Head of Service

• Minimum 4+ years yachting experience
• Proven longevity and leadership in service departments

Steward / Stewardess

• Minimum 2–3 years yachting experience
• Strong administrative and organizational skills

Service Steward

• Previous yacht or luxury hospitality experience
• Strong guest service skills

Stew / Masseur

• Certified in deep tissue massage and gel nail systems
• Facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions are an advantage
• Valid B1/B2 visa

Nurse

• Previous experience as Medic and/or Stewardess onboard yachts

Cook / Crew Chef

• Culinary trained
• Previous yachting or cruise ship experience required
• Schengen visa required
• Nationality requirement: Filipino, Indonesian, or Vietnamese (client request)

Deckhand

• Minimum 6 months experience on yachts 40m+
• PBL2 required

General Requirements

• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certificates
• ENG1 Medical Certificate
• Relevant visas (B1/B2 and/or Schengen as required)
• Proven yachting or luxury hospitality experience
• Professional appearance and strong teamwork skills
