 Master, 

Chief Mate, 

Pilot Master, 

Chief Engineer, 

2nd Engineer, 

Oiler, 

Quartermaster, 

Deck & Engine Cadets.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Safe navigation and operation of a RORO-PAX passenger vessel
 • Compliance with company policies, safety, and maritime regulations
 • Proper watchkeeping and emergency preparedness
 • Passenger safety and crowd management (for applicable positions)
 • Maintenance of deck or engine equipment according to rank

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the applied position
 • Seaman’s Book (SIRB)
 • Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
 • Basic Training (BT)
 • Deck or Engine Watchkeeping Certificate (as applicable)
 • Crowd & Crisis Management Certificate (for passenger vessels)
 • Latest NBI Clearance
 • College Diploma or Transcript of Records (TOR)
 • Previous employer Sea Service Certificate (if applicable)
 • PhilHealth / TIN / SSS
 • Personal Accident Insurance (PHP 100,000 coverage)
 • Proficiency in English communication
 • Nationality: Filipino
