We are hiring qualified seafarers for RO-RO vessels operating in Malaysia. The project involves working in a mixed-nationality crew on international RO-RO ferry operations.
Candidates must have valid documents (minimum 1 year), experience in the same rank (minimum 1 year), and must comply with STCW 2010 requirements.
Joining date: 17 December 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Safe and efficient execution of duties according to the assigned rank
 • Adherence to international maritime standards and RO-RO vessel procedures
 • Maintaining proper communication with multinational crew members
 • Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations
 • Supporting smooth vessel operations during loading/unloading (for applicable ranks)

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
 • Valid STCW certificates (COC & COP as per STCW 2010, at least 18 months validity)
 • Valid documents (minimum 1 year)
 • Experience working with mixed-nationality crew
 • Minimum 1 year of experience in same rank on similar vessel type
 • Completed COVID-19 vaccination
 • Medical fitness certificate
