Job Description:
We are currently hiring qualified and experienced yacht crew for Private Motor Yachts and Sailing Yachts operating in the Mediterranean and worldwide itineraries. Our clients are reputable yacht owners and management companies seeking dedicated professionals to join their teams for the upcoming season and long-term placements. These positions offer an excellent opportunity to work in a premium yachting environment with competitive packages and international travel. Candidates must hold valid documentation, have proven yacht experience, and be ready to join on short notice.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Safe navigation, deck operations, and vessel maintenance in accordance with yacht safety protocols
· Engine room operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems
· Delivery of exceptional interior and hospitality services to guests and owners
· Housekeeping, stewarding, and personalized guest services as per rank
· Security watchkeeping and OOW duties as applicable
· Collaboration with a professional crew to ensure smooth yacht operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
· Valid STCW certificates (Basic Safety Training, etc.)
· Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Yacht experience: Proven experience on private motor yachts or sailing yachts in a similar position
· Nationality requirement: Open to all nationalities
· Additional certifications: Seafarer's passport, B1/B2 visa (for Mediterranean / worldwide itineraries) preferred
· For OOW / Security Officer: Valid OOW (Officer of the Watch) certificate and security-related qualifications
