Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Deck operations, watchkeeping, and vessel maintenance
• Guest service during private and charter operations
• Watersports, diving, fishing, and tender operations (as applicable)
• Compliance with yacht safety, security, and operational procedures
• Supporting bridge and deck leadership as required

• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate
• Relevant experience for the applied position and yacht size
• Proficiency in English communication
• Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude
