General Requirements (Applicable to All Positions)

Valid STCW certification and ENG1 medical.
Previous experience in the yachting or maritime industry.
Strong sense of professionalism, discretion, and personal presentation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team.
High level of responsibility, reliability, and adherence to safety standards.
Availability to join promptly and willingness to commit to the vessel’s operational schedule.
