Job Description

We are currently recruiting experienced and motivated yacht professionals to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide. Successful candidates will be responsible for deck, engine, interior, galley, and guest service duties in accordance with maritime regulations, yacht operational standards, and the highest levels of professionalism and discretion.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous yachting experience who are committed to excellence, teamwork, and delivering premium service in a luxury environment.

Requirements

• Relevant entry-level qualifications or professional certification for the applied position
• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certificates
• Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate
• Fluent English communication skills
• Schengen Visa or Visa-Free Exemption
• Valid B1/B2 Visa (mandatory)
• Previous yacht experience preferred
• Professional appearance, discretion, and strong service mindset
• Ability to work efficiently within a multinational crew
