Job Description:
Continuous recruitment is open for marine and hospitality personnel to join luxury yachts operating worldwide. These vessels provide high-end services to guests, requiring professional crew across deck, engineering, and interior departments. Candidates should be experienced in yacht operations or luxury hospitality, with a strong focus on service excellence, discretion, and teamwork in an exclusive onboard environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring safe navigation and smooth yacht operations
• Maintaining engine room systems and technical equipment
• Delivering high-quality hospitality and guest services
• Managing housekeeping, catering, and interior services
• Supporting daily operations with a focus on luxury standards and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous yacht or hospitality experience preferred
• Relevant certification for the applied position
