CREW REQUIREMENT — CRUISE / PASSENGER VESSEL

Job Description:

A leading cruise and passenger vessel operator is currently seeking qualified and experienced seafarers for multiple departments onboard.
 Candidates must have previous cruise or passenger vessel experience, valid STCW certification, and good English communication skills.

 • Chief Security Officer
 • Security Supervisor
 • Security Staff / Security Guard

 • Motorman
 • Wiper

 • Messman

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Performing navigation, deck, engine, or security duties according to assigned rank
 • Assisting with passenger safety, embarkation, and emergency procedures
 • Maintaining vessel safety, cleanliness, and compliance with international standards
 • Supporting day-to-day operations, maintenance, and guest service functions

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates and seaman documents
 • Valid Medical Fitness certificate
 • Previous experience on Cruise or Passenger vessels
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Security or hospitality certificates (for relevant ranks)

• Contract Duration: As per company policy (typically 6–8 months)
