Job Description: We are recruiting motivated and experienced professionals for multiple positions across Guest Services, Culinary Operations, Engineering, Housekeeping, Entertainment, Medical Services, Port Operations, and Technical Management.
All roles involve working in an international team and delivering exceptional service onboard modern cruise vessels or within shore-based maritime operations (as specified).

- Ensuring high-quality guest service and smooth daily operations onboard.
- Supervising and motivating teams in Guest Services, Culinary, Housekeeping, Engineering, or Entertainment departments.
- Preparing, cooking, and overseeing food production in accordance with company standards (culinary positions).
- Maintaining vessel technical performance, safety, and compliance (engineering & technical roles).
- Overseeing cleaning standards and cabin/public area maintenance (housekeeping roles).
- Providing medical assistance to crew and guests (medical positions).
- Managing port operations, logistics, and vessel scheduling (shore-based roles).
- Handling quality assurance, ISM compliance, and vessel management within office-based teams.
Requirements:
General requirements across roles:
- Previous experience in the relevant field (hospitality, maritime, engineering, culinary, medical, logistics, or technical management).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude.
- English language proficiency.
- Willingness to work onboard with rotation schedules (for seagoing roles).
Role-specific experience examples:
- Guest Services Manager / Guest Relations Officer: experience in hospitality or front office.
- Executive Chef / Chef de Cuisine / Sous Chef roles: extensive culinary background in high-volume operations.
- Engineers: valid maritime engineering certifications.
- Nurse: valid nursing license and emergency care experience.
- Port Operations / QA / ISM / Vessel Manager: maritime or logistics background.

- Guest Relations Officer — USD 1,800–2,300/month onboard
- Housekeeping Manager — ~USD 4,000/month onboard
- Housekeeping Supervisor — ~USD 2,700/month onboard
- Assistant Maitre D — USD 2,100/month onboard
- Sommelier — USD 1,500/month onboard
- Executive Chef — USD 7,000–8,500/month onboard
- Chef de Cuisine — USD 5,800/month onboard
- Senior Sous Chef — USD 5,400/month onboard
- Sous Chef— from USD 2,700/month
- Executive Sous Chef — USD 7,800–8,200/month onboard
- Junior Sous Chef — USD 2,400–2,900/month onboard
- Entertainment Stage Staff — USD 1,850–2,100/month onboard
