GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous shipboard or relevant land-based experience preferred
• Valid passport (minimum 12 months validity)
• Complete set of maritime certificates as per position
• English communication skills at intermediate level or higher
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Strong discipline, reliability, and commitment to safety standards
• Medical fitness and ability to pass PEME
• For technical positions: relevant trade certifications and proven experience
• For F&B and hotel positions: customer-service orientation and grooming compliance
