Location: Mediterranean / Caribbean (Worldwide Itinerary)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated crew members for a 50m+ private motor yacht.
The vessel operates a dual-season itinerary (Med & Caribbean) and maintains a high level of service and professionalism on board.
Rotation schedules are available for several senior positions.

Available Positions:

• SPA / Service Stewardess
 • Second Stewardess
 • Rotational Chief Officer
 • Rotational (2:2) ETO
 • Rotational (3:1) Lead Deckhand
 • Spa / Service Stewardess
 • Chase Boat Captain
 • Rotational (3:1) Bosun

Key Responsibilities:

As per yacht standards, duties include but are not limited to:
 • Maintaining excellent guest service and hospitality onboard
 • Safe navigation and deck operations (for deck crew)
 • Preventive maintenance and technical support (for engineering crew)
 • Overseeing spa and housekeeping services (for interior crew)
 • Managing tenders, toys, and chase boat operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience on yachts 40m+ (private or charter)
 • Valid STCW, ENG1, and relevant yacht certificates
 • Excellent English communication skills
 • Professional appearance and strong teamwork ethics
 • Rotation experience preferred (for applicable positions)

• Rotation: As indicated (2:2 or 3:1 depending on position)
