JJ Worthy Management is currently seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join a Charter Motor Yacht operating worldwide.
Successful candidates will support yacht navigation, luxury guest services, culinary operations, housekeeping, childcare, wellness services, and onboard hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced yacht crew with previous Motor Yacht or luxury hospitality experience who are committed to delivering exceptional service in an exclusive charter environment.

Guest Services
Job Responsibilities
- Support safe daily yacht operations
- Navigate and manage vessel operations according to rank
- Prepare high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Deliver first-class housekeeping and interior services
- Provide professional food and beverage service
- Maintain luxury accommodation areas to exceptional standards
- Deliver massage and wellness services where applicable
- Supervise and care for children onboard (Nanny position)
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international maritime regulations
- Maintain operational readiness and excellent teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Valid STCW certification package (where applicable)
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for Captain position
- Previous Charter or Motor Yacht experience preferred
- Valid passport and seafarer's medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong hospitality, culinary, childcare, or wellness skills relevant to the applied position
- Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
