Job Description:
We are currently recruiting experienced yacht professionals to join prestigious Sailing and Motor Yachts operating worldwide. We are seeking dedicated, service-oriented, and highly skilled crew members who are committed to delivering exceptional operational performance and guest service in a luxury yachting environment.
Successful candidates should possess relevant yachting certifications, previous onboard experience, and excellent communication skills. Experience working on private or charter yachts is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Performing all duties according to the assigned position while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- Ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of the yacht and its equipment.
- Delivering exceptional guest service and hospitality.
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance with maritime regulations.
- Working effectively as part of a professional onboard team.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent preferred).
- Good English communication skills.
- Valid Passport.
- Relevant Certificate of Competency (COC) or professional qualifications applicable to the position.
- Previous experience in a similar role onboard Sailing or Motor Yachts is preferred.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
