Saltwater Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced yacht crew to join Private and Charter Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
The company is seeking qualified deck officers, deck crew, chefs, interior professionals, wellness specialists, and hospitality personnel. Candidates should have relevant yacht experience and a strong commitment to luxury service, safety, and professional onboard operations.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform duties according to the assigned position and yacht operating procedures.
- Support safe navigation, deck, tender, and mooring operations.
- Prepare and maintain the yacht to luxury standards.
- Prepare high-quality cuisine for guests and crew.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality.
- Maintain guest cabins, public areas, and interior spaces.
- Support laundry, housekeeping, and onboard service operations.
- Provide wellness, spa, yoga, or Pilates services where applicable.
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and high standards of guest care.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous experience in the relevant position on Private, Charter, or Luxury Motor Yachts preferred.
- Valid STCW certification package where applicable.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer positions.
- Valid Passport and Medical Certificate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong guest-service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, attitude, and attention to detail.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
- Physically and medically fit for yacht service.
Position-Specific Requirements
Captain / Chief Officer / 2nd Officer
- Valid relevant Officer CoC.
- Previous command/deck experience on yachts.
- Strong navigation and yacht management skills.
Executive / Head Chef / Sole Chef / Sous Chef / Cook
- Proven culinary experience.
- Culinary qualification preferred.
- Yacht or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
- Food hygiene/HACCP certification where applicable.
Chief Steward / Stewardess / Junior Steward / Stewardess
- Previous luxury hospitality or yacht interior experience.
- Excellent service and housekeeping skills.
Spa Therapist / Stewardess
- Relevant spa/beauty/wellness qualification.
- Previous yacht or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
Yoga / Pilates Instructor
- Recognized Yoga and/or Pilates instructor qualification.
- Professional wellness experience.
- Ability to provide guest-focused classes and wellness services.
