Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to the assigned department and position
- Maintain the highest standards of yacht presentation and guest service
- Support safe navigation and daily yacht operations
- Carry out engineering, maintenance, housekeeping, culinary, or hospitality duties
- Ensure compliance with Flag State regulations, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and company HSE procedures
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety training
- Work effectively within a professional multinational yacht crew
- Deliver first-class service to owners and charter guests
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous experience in the applied position onboard Private or Charter Motor Yachts
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions
- Valid passport
- Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer's medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Excellent hospitality and guest service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong teamwork, discretion, and safety awareness
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
