A prestigious yacht management company is currently seeking experienced yacht professionals to join luxury Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
Successful candidates will be responsible for vessel operations, navigation, engineering management, deck maintenance, guest services, housekeeping, and hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous yacht experience and the required international travel documentation.

Deck Department
- Captain – DOE (Depending on Experience)
- Chief Officer – DOE (Depending on Experience)
- Bosun – USD $5,000
- Deckhand – USD $4,500
Engineering Department
- Chief Engineer – USD $9,000
- Sole Engineer – USD $9,000
Interior Department
- Chief Steward/ess – USD $7,000
- Steward – USD $4,500
- Cook/Steward – DOE (Depending on Experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned rank and department
- Support safe navigation and yacht operations
- Maintain machinery, equipment, and vessel systems
- Conduct deck maintenance and guest support activities
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and housekeeping services
- Ensure compliance with yacht safety procedures and maritime regulations
- Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism onboard
- Contribute to a positive guest experience and efficient yacht operations
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- STCW 95 / STCW 2010 Certification
- Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate
- Valid Driver's License
Visa Requirements
- Valid B1/B2 Visa
- Valid Schengen Visa, Visa-Free Exemption, or EU Residency
Additional Requirements
- Previous yacht experience preferred
- Valid passport and seafarer documentation
- Good English communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a luxury guest-focused environment
