Job Description
A luxury yacht management company is currently seeking qualified and experienced maritime and hospitality professionals for deployment onboard Sailing and Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
Selected candidates will be responsible for vessel operations, navigation support, engineering maintenance, deck activities, guest services, catering operations, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and hospitality onboard.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous yachting experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a luxury yacht environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe yacht navigation and daily vessel operations
- Maintain deck equipment, machinery, and onboard systems
- Perform deck maintenance, mooring, anchoring, and tender operations
- Manage engineering systems and technical maintenance
- Deliver high-quality guest service and hospitality
- Prepare meals and support catering operations onboard
- Maintain interior presentation and housekeeping standards
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations and company procedures
- Promote teamwork and professional conduct onboard
Requirements
- Previous Sailing Yacht or Motor Yacht experience preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Relevant qualifications for officer, engineer, and hospitality positions
- Good English communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a luxury yacht environment
- Commitment to safety and high service standards
