Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned rank and department
- Support safe yacht operations and navigation activities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
- Maintain vessel equipment, accommodation areas, and onboard systems
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals and catering services
- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and housekeeping duties
- Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies
- Maintain professional appearance and service excellence at all times
Requirements
- Previous Sailing Yacht or Motor Yacht experience preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid passport, seaman book (where applicable), and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills
- Professional attitude and teamwork abilities
- Relevant Certificates of Competency for officer and engineer positions
- All certificates and documents must be valid
