Job Description:

A professional yacht management company is currently seeking qualified and experienced crew members to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide.

Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, safety, and onboard operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for guests and owners. This includes navigation support, interior service, housekeeping, and culinary duties in a luxury yacht environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with yachting experience to join a dynamic and international crew.

Requirements:

•  Previous experience in the same rank on Motor Yachts preferred 
•  Valid STCW certification and seafarer documentation 
•  Valid medical certificate (ENG1 or equivalent) 
•  Strong hospitality and service skills (for interior positions) 
•  Culinary experience for chef positions 
•  Good command of English 
•  Professional appearance and positive attitude 
•  Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment 
•  Flexibility for worldwide travel
