Job Description:

A yacht recruitment company is currently seeking qualified and experienced crew members to join Sailing and Motor Yachts operating worldwide.

Selected candidates will be responsible for navigation, engineering operations, deck maintenance, guest services, and onboard hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and luxury service onboard.

Requirements:

•  Previous experience on Sailing or Motor Yachts preferred 
•  Valid STCW certification and seafarer documentation 
•  Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate preferred 
•  Good command of English 
•  High level of professionalism and presentation 
•  Strong hospitality and guest service skills 
•  Ability to work in multicultural yacht environments 
•  Strong teamwork and flexibility onboard
