Job Description:
We are currently hiring qualified and motivated professionals for the Orient Express Sailing Yachts project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a luxury sailing fleet, supporting both technical operations and hospitality services onboard. Candidates should be dedicated team players with proven experience in their respective fields.
Available Positions:
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Carrying out position-specific duties onboard luxury sailing yachts
• Supporting safe operations in line with STCW and company standards
• Maintaining technical systems, deck operations, or hospitality services (depending on rank)
• Ensuring high service quality and passenger satisfaction (where applicable)
• Participating in safety drills and emergency procedures
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates (as applicable to position)
• Seafarer’s medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Relevant experience in same or similar position (yachts, passenger vessels, or sailing vessels preferred)
• Additional qualifications (HVAC, security, carpentry, fitness/yoga instruction, etc.) as per applied position
