We are currently recruiting qualified and service-oriented professionals to join private and charter yachts operating worldwide. Successful candidates will contribute to safe vessel operations and deliver high-quality service in a luxury yachting environment. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with prior yachting or hospitality experience and a strong commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Valid Seaman’s Discharge Book (mandatory)
• B1/B2 Visa is an advantage
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to work onboard a non-smoking vessel
• Previous yachting or luxury service experience is preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and service skills
• Ability to work in a professional private/charter yacht environment
