Job Description

We are currently recruiting qualified and service-oriented yacht crew for a Private & Charter Motor Yacht operating worldwide. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, hospitality, and professionalism, ensuring exceptional onboard service for owners and charter guests in line with international yacht industry standards.

Open Positions & Monthly Salary

• Chief Engineer – €12,000
• Purser – €9,000
• Chief Steward – €7,500
• Head of Service – €5,500
• Steward – €4,000
• Service Steward – €4,000
• Personal Trainer – €4,500
• Deckhand – €3,500

Requirements

• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification
• Valid ENG 1 Medical Certificate
• B1/B2 Visa (mandatory)
• Previous experience in the same or similar rank on yachts (Private or Charter preferred)
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and guest-focused service
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural crew environment
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of yacht safety procedures and service standards
