Job Description:
Grand Circle Corporation is hiring a full crew for international deployment on board Passenger Vessels. These vessels operate globally, offering premium cruise experiences with a focus on safety, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
We are looking for both senior and junior maritime professionals across all departments — navigation, engineering, hospitality, and medical. Candidates will work in a dynamic and guest-focused environment with excellent benefits and career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and vessel operation (Deck Officers & Captain)
• Maintenance and repair of all technical systems onboard (Engineers, Electricians, Fitters)
• Guest and crew safety management (All crew)
• Housekeeping and passenger service support (Hospitality roles)
• Providing medical care to passengers and crew (Ship Doctor)
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates for rank
• Medical fitness certificate
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Experience on passenger or cruise vessels preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• For some roles: relevant technical or medical qualifications (e.g. doctor, electrician)
