Job Description

We are recruiting experienced yacht crew professionals for a Motor Yacht across deck, interior, culinary and wellness departments.

We are looking for motivated and professional candidates with relevant yacht experience, strong communication skills and a high standard of service. Previous experience in a similar position is required, with relevant certifications and qualifications applicable to each role.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Maintaining safe and efficient yacht operations.
• Carrying out deck, bridge, interior, culinary or wellness duties to a high professional standard.
• Delivering excellent service to owners and guests.
• Maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and readiness of the yacht.
• Following onboard safety procedures and company policies.
• Supporting guest activities, yacht operations and departmental requirements.
• Working closely with the wider crew as part of a professional and multinational team.

Requirements

• Previous Motor Yacht / Luxury Yacht experience in the applied position.
• Relevant qualifications and certificates required for the position.
• Valid STCW certificates, as applicable.
• Valid medical fitness certificate / ENG1, where applicable.
• Good command of English.
• Professional appearance, attitude and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
• Excellent guest-service skills for guest-facing positions.
• Ability to work in a demanding luxury yacht environment.
• Availability to join according to the yacht's schedule.

Position-Specific Requirements

3rd Officer: Relevant OOW qualification and yacht/offshore bridge experience preferred.

Bosun: Proven deck experience, team supervision skills and strong knowledge of deck maintenance and operations.

Deckhand: Previous yacht deck experience and relevant tender/water sports qualifications are advantageous.

Executive / Head Chef: Extensive luxury yacht or high-end hospitality experience, strong menu planning and culinary management skills.

Sole Chef: Proven experience managing a yacht galley independently and preparing high-quality meals for crew and guests.

Spa Manager: Previous luxury yacht spa/wellness management experience, with relevant professional qualifications.

Chief Steward(ess): Strong luxury yacht interior experience, leadership skills and exceptional guest-service standards.

Spa Therapist / Steward(ess): Relevant spa/beauty therapy qualifications combined with yacht interior or hospitality experience.

Steward(ess): Previous luxury yacht or high-end hospitality experience with excellent service and housekeeping skills.

2nd Steward(ess): Previous yacht interior experience with strong housekeeping, service and organizational skills.
