A luxury Motor Yacht operating in European waters is currently seeking experienced hospitality and technical professionals to join its crew.
Successful candidates will support the safe operation of the yacht while delivering exceptional service, maintaining engineering systems, housekeeping standards, culinary excellence, and guest satisfaction in accordance with luxury yacht industry standards.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with previous motor yacht or superyacht experience who are committed to high standards of professionalism and guest service.

Engineering Department
- Engine Fitter – €3,500/month
Galley Department
- Executive / Head Chef – €500/day
- Commis / 4th Chef – €3,500/month
Interior Department
- Head of Housekeeping – €6,500/month
- Second Steward(ess) – €4,500/month
- Steward(ess) – €3,200/month
- Service Steward(ess) – €3,000/month
- Hairdresser / Barber – €3,500/month
- Masseur(euse) – €250/day
Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned rank onboard the motor yacht
- Deliver first-class guest service and maintain luxury hospitality standards
- Maintain accommodation areas, public spaces, and crew facilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals according to guest preferences
- Maintain engineering equipment and machinery (technical positions)
- Follow yacht safety procedures and company policies
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety training
- Work effectively within a multinational yacht crew
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous experience in the applied position onboard Motor Yachts or Superyachts preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid passport
- Valid seaman's book (where applicable)
- Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer's medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong customer service, teamwork, and safety awareness
