A prestigious Private / Charter Motor Yacht is currently seeking experienced and professional crew members to join its onboard team.
The yacht is recruiting qualified deck officers, deck crew, and interior hospitality professionals. Successful candidates will support safe yacht operations while maintaining high standards of luxury service, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, professionalism, and discretion.
Previous experience onboard Motor Yachts / Superyachts is preferred.

Depending on the assigned position, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform duties according to the assigned yacht position and company procedures
• Support safe and efficient daily yacht operations
• Maintain deck, exterior, interior, and guest areas to a high standard
• Provide exceptional and personalized service to owners and charter guests
• Support housekeeping, food and beverage service, and guest activities
• Maintain yacht presentation, cleanliness, and operational readiness
• Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety procedures
• Maintain professional standards of discretion, teamwork, and guest care
• Proven experience in the position applied for, preferably onboard Motor Yachts / Superyachts
• Valid STCW certification package where applicable
• Valid Certificate of Competency / relevant yacht qualification for Captain and 1st Mate
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer’s medical certificate where applicable
• Valid Passport and relevant yacht documentation
• Relevant hospitality qualifications for interior positions are an advantage
• Good English communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong teamwork, discretion, and guest-service skills
• Physically and medically fit for yacht service
Captain
• Valid Master / Captain Certificate of Competency appropriate to the yacht
• Proven command experience on Motor Yachts / Superyachts
• Strong navigation, leadership, and safety-management skills
1st Mate
• Valid Deck Officer / Chief Mate qualification appropriate to the yacht
• Previous 1st Mate / Chief Officer experience on Motor Yachts preferred
• Strong deck management, navigation, and crew supervision skills
Deckhand
• Previous yacht deck experience preferred
• Knowledge of mooring, anchoring, tender operations, and exterior yacht maintenance
• Watersports experience is an advantage
Head of Housekeeping
• Previous senior housekeeping experience on luxury yachts or high-end hospitality properties
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping, laundry, linen, and inventory management
• Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
Head of Service
• Previous senior service experience on luxury yachts, fine-dining establishments, or high-end hospitality
• Strong food and beverage service knowledge
• Excellent guest-relations and team-management skills
Steward
• Previous yacht, cruise, hotel, or luxury hospitality experience preferred
• Strong housekeeping and guest-service skills
• Professional, discreet, and service-oriented approach
