Galley Fitter for Cruise Liner

Job Description

Anglo-Eastern is recruiting an experienced Galley Fitter for immediate joining onboard cruise vessels. The candidate will maintain, inspect, and repair galley equipment and associated mechanical systems to support the safe and efficient operation of onboard kitchen facilities.

Nationality: Indian Nationals Only
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair galley equipment, fittings, and mechanical components.
• Inspect kitchen equipment and identify operational faults.
• Assist with installation and replacement of galley machinery and equipment.
• Support preventive maintenance of food preparation and kitchen systems.
• Follow hygiene, food-service area safety, and onboard maintenance procedures.

Requirements

• Indian nationals only.
• Valid US C1/D visa – mandatory.
• Relevant experience in galley equipment maintenance, mechanical fitting, or a similar trade.
• Valid passport and required joining documents.
• Relevant technical or trade qualifications.
• STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate, as required.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Availability for immediate joining.
