Position: First Electro-Technical Officer (1st ETO)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electro-Technical Officer to maintain the vessel's electrical, electronic, automation, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical distribution systems and switchboards.
• Inspect and repair electrical motors, generators, and control equipment.
• Maintain automation, alarm, and monitoring systems.
• Coordinate electrical maintenance and technical repairs.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid ETO Certificate of Competency or appropriate national qualification, as applicable.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
• Previous shipboard electrical or ETO experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and electrical maintenance skills.
• Good English communication skills.
