Hello Sailor seeks a Mate/Engineer for a dual-season performance charter sailing yacht with five crew.

Contract: 1 November 2026 in Palma until the end of April 2027.
Atlantic crossings and a Caribbean season with charters and owner trips.
Minimum AEC 1 and 2; Yachtmaster Offshore advantageous.
At least two years on sailing yachts; sailing or engineering background valued.
Strong sailing abilities and confidence with hydraulic, mechanical and electrical yacht systems.

The regular Mate/Engineer will cover the Captain role during winter. Time is available to learn systems before guest operations.
