Job Description:
Alpha Magsaysay is currently recruiting experienced maritime professionals for AIDA Cruises. The company is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Junior HVAC Engineer within the Engine Department.
The successful candidate will assist with HVAC maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and related technical operations onboard the cruise vessel.
Candidates must have at least 12 months of experience in the related position, good English communication skills, valid employment documents, and relevant technical qualifications.
The recruitment opportunity is valid until 30 October 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist with operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
• Assist with inspections and technical checks.
• Follow company procedures and vessel safety management systems.
• Maintain safe and professional working conditions onboard.
