Job Description:
Alpha Magsaysay is currently recruiting experienced maritime professionals for AIDA Cruises. The company is seeking qualified candidates for the position of HVAC Engineer within the Engine Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for HVAC-related maintenance, repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, and safe operation of relevant systems onboard the cruise vessel.
Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months of relevant experience, good English communication skills, valid employment documents, and relevant professional certificates.
The recruitment opportunity is valid until 30 October 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems onboard.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and technical inspections.
• Support the safe and efficient operation of HVAC equipment.
• Follow company procedures, vessel safety management systems, and maritime regulations.
• Maintain safe and professional working conditions onboard.
