Job Description
A-Z Yachting is recruiting an experienced Yacht Engineer to assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of onboard machinery and technical systems.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assist with routine engine-room inspections and maintenance.
- Monitor the condition and performance of machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and technical faults.
- Support maintenance of electrical and auxiliary systems within the scope of competence.
- Maintain maintenance records and follow safety procedures.
Requirements
- Relevant marine engineering or yacht engineering experience.
- Appropriate engineering qualifications for the position, where required.
- Valid STCW certificates and medical certificate, as applicable.
- Good English communication skills.
- Practical troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
