Job Description:
Anglo-Eastern Group is looking for an Assistant Electrician to join a large cruise ship operating from Belfast, Northern Ireland, or Florida, USA.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with maintenance and repair of electrical equipment.
- Supporting electrical inspections and troubleshooting.
- Performing preventive maintenance under supervision.
- Assisting senior electrical personnel.
- Following onboard electrical safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous cruise ship or relevant maritime experience.
- Relevant electrical qualifications.
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Good command of English.
- Valid US C1/D visa required for Florida mobilisation.
- Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
