The employer is recruiting 2 experienced Deckhands for a luxury yacht operation. Candidates will support daily deck activities, yacht maintenance, and guest-related operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily deck operations and maintenance
• Support mooring, anchoring, and tender operations
• Maintain exterior deck areas and equipment
• Assist with guest activities and water-related operations as required
• Follow yacht safety and operational procedures

Requirements:
• Previous experience as Deckhand on yachts or in a luxury hospitality environment
• Valid STCW certification and seafarer documentation
• Valid passport and medical certificate
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong guest service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a multinational crew environment
• Professional appearance, discretion, and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to charter schedules

• Contract Duration: As per yacht program
• Salary: Approximately USD 3,938 DOE
