Job Description:
The employer is recruiting an experienced Senior / Lead Deckhand to support and coordinate deck operations onboard a luxury yacht.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support daily deck operations
• Assist with mooring, anchoring, tender, and water-sports activities
• Coordinate junior deck crew as required
• Maintain deck equipment and exterior areas
• Ensure compliance with yacht safety and operational procedures

Requirements:
• Previous experience as Senior / Lead Deckhand on yachts or in a luxury hospitality environment
• Valid STCW certification and seafarer documentation
• Valid passport and medical certificate
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong guest service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a multinational crew environment
• Professional appearance, discretion, and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to charter schedules

• Contract Duration: As per yacht program
• Salary: Approximately USD 4,500–5,063
