Lead Deckhand | 70m+ Private M/Y This is a professionally run programme with outstanding crew longevity and a happy culture onboard. A great opportunity for someone looking to continue their career in yachting. The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience and hold their Yachtmaster 200GT. This is a permanent position starting ASAP in the US, so please only apply if you have your B1/B2 in hand. Florida-Bahamas for winter, Europe for summer 2024. Salary is $DOE.
