MYS Superyacht Crew is recruiting an entry-level Junior Deckhand for a Sydney-based private motor yacht under a structured two-year traineeship.

• Start: November 2026
• Location: Sydney, Australia, year-round
• Compensation: AUD 80,000 total remuneration package; payment interval is not stated by the source
• Training: practical deck operations, bridge duties, tender operations, seamanship, maintenance and ISM procedures; planned MED 2 and Master under 24m NC courses
