Junior Deckhand — 38m Private Motor Yacht
A permanent full-time opportunity based in Sydney, starting in November 2026, with a two-year traineeship. Entry-level applicants are welcome.
- Remuneration: AUD 80,000 per year as a total remuneration package (TRP).
- Location: Sydney throughout the year; applicants need their own accommodation ashore.
- Training: Progress towards MED 2 and Master under 24m NC qualifications, with training commencing after approximately six months.
- Requirements: STCW, an appropriate seafarer medical where required, and a security check.
