Job Description:

Hello Sailor is recruiting a Deck/Stew for a newly refitted 23m dual-season charter sailing yacht. The role combines deck duties and interior housekeeping, working alongside a Captain and Cook/Stew couple.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one season of experience in a similar role.
  • Sailing and housekeeping skills.
  • Powerboat Level 2 qualification.
  • Valid B1/B2 visa, US passport or Green Card.
  • A hospitality or sailing background is preferred.
  • A flexible attitude and willingness to learn.

Employment Details:

  • Start: October or early November 2026.
  • Joining Location: Maine, USA.
  • Itinerary: Caribbean winters and Mediterranean summers, with charters and owner trips.
